Leaves in Movement... and Winter is Coming.

Foraging for leaves, one of my favourite obsessions, will soon become a thing of the past. For a while at least. For here, in the great Canadian Shield, winters are long and they are brutal. They force you indoors to...to just wait. We northerners like to think the winter makes us tougher and it does. But it also makes us long for when the sun was shining and the water was warm. And for when there were still leaves on the trees.......And where oh where is Tyrion Lannister anyway? Oh right, Game of thrones only returns next summer. Oh the irony!
